Our Product range consists of Graded C.I., S.G Iron Castings and Graded Forging (EN-32B) for Tractor Parts and Stationary diesel engine spares for Kirloskar, Lister and Comet type engines. It includes Ram Cylinders, C.A Guides, Trumpet Covers ,Gears, Cam Shafts, Lubricating Oil Pumps, Governor Weights and other various types of spares for Swaraj, Sonalika, Ace, Indofarm tractors and Diesel Engine Spares for AV1, AV2, TV1, and TV2 engines. We are also looking for opportunities where we can join hands with automobile pioneers and act as a strategic partner by becoming their reliable supplier.
Bagson has acquired cutting-edge technological competence in Casting and Close Tolerance Machining. We have the latest technology Induction furnace of 500 Kg (Inductotherm), Rhino Sand Plant (Capacity 10 Tonnes/ Hr) and a Spectrometer (29 Elements) with Fe Module. As far as machining is concerned we have C.N.C. machine tools which assure supreme product quality. We have a well-established laboratory for Chemical, Sand and Microstructural Testing of various Castings. Our manufacturing facility constantly strives for opportunities in design and development of new components and innovating better technology for our existing product line.
